Uncle Vinnie’s isn’t a franchise. It’s a family. Since 1989, we’ve been that place in Raritan you can count on for fresh seafood and a cold beer. Family Owned and Operated by the Ricci family, and our secret is simple: we get our fish delivered fresh every single day from New York Fish Market, our family’s fish market just down the street. We’re not trying to reinvent the wheel. We make Italian-style seafood the way it’s supposed to be made. We know our regulars by name and we love seeing new faces walk through the door. This is more than a restaurant to us—it’s our life’s work.
